1. No matter how good your Business Plan is, there is always room for improvement. First phase in a successful plan is to answer our comprehensive Questionnaire. Based on your answers Optima Trade will deliver a Report that will help you improve your Business Plan in a timely and efficient manner.

We will quote a fee for this service that includes our consultants time spent in meetings with you in the process of collecting answers and preparing a Report. You will be then able to decide whether you would like to implement the Business Plan and whether you would like to go ahead with the proposal/project. When you decide to proceed Optima Trade will discuss strategies with you.

2. Optima Trade will provide a DRAFT Strategic Growth Plan for the entire enterprise. To do this, we will need some information from you. Please provide answers to the following - at this stage they merely need to be hypothetical:
   1. Names (or their nominees) of the current stakeholders , and all others who might have played a role and who may be considered to collectively be "the owner(s)" and percentages of ownership considered currently held by each?
   2. Approximate amount of capital initially required?
   3. Percentage of ownership of the enterprise you are prepared to give up in order to obtain the required funds?
   4. Would you and your other current and future shareholders aspire to achieve "unrestricted seller offers and buyer bids" by listing your Company's issued shares on a stock exchange at some time in the future?

if you wanted to quickly raise capital, our group can help based on an estimate of up to 12 months, for an amount to be raised of up to $5m.

The fees for this service will be quoted upon application.

The process operates under an exemption in the Corporations Act that allows us to help you raise up to 5 million dollars from 20 investors in a 12 month period, without the need for a disclosure document (prospectus)

Normally the capital raising is staged over 2 to 3 rounds.

As owners of the business, you will note the attractiveness to you too.

The important thing is that you have had 2 successful rounds of capital raising in Rounds 1 & 2 – and some track record for the enterprise, which will give investors in round 3 a great deal of comfort.

3. A Private Lender will look into any deal that banks and non banking lenders may not be able to fund. However we must ensure that the format in which the information is presented meets the criteria of full clarity, transparency and disclosure to the Private Lender.
