All fruit for our Young Drop spirits come from a Hilltop Region in the New South Wales and the Young Drop brand has been established in Australia for the last 5 years.

Young Drop Grappa is double distilled from whole Shiraz grapes sourced from Hilltops region in New South Wales, unlike other types of grappa, which are often produced from the residual pressings from the winery.

James Bentley Whisky is blended from a mix of corn based spirit and neutral spirits to give a mild caramel flavour. It is then aged in French oak to make a smooth refreshing spirit. It is distilled at a lower proof to retain its flavour. No water or colour is added. Enjoy on the rocks, with a little water added to help liberate the flavour or simply mix with coke.

Double Up Rum is a double distilled cane spirit naturally flavoured from molasses. With it's own individual flavour; it is great enjoyed straight or with a mixer.

Young Drop Plum Brandy (Slivovitz) is produced from D'Argen prune plums grown in the Hilltops area around Young/Harden, New South Wales. It is double distilled then matured in a sprinkling of dried prunes to enhance its flavour and slight colour. Enjoy in coffee or straight.

Double Up Vodka is distilled from cane sugar at a very low proof. It is then processed by our own secret method to reduce the after taste and sometimes unpleasant aroma. Enjoy straight or mix with your favourite drink.

Young Drop Brandy, like our Grappa, is double distilled from fermented whole Shiraz grapes. It is then aged in oak, which colours it, mellows the palate and adds additional aromas and flavours.

Vodka O is made from blended grains and whey, and is purely organic and uses the highest quality natural products in production. The result is a highly pure Vodka . Please find out more about Vodka O in the following media release and additionally here in the Vodka O info sheet.

Jin Dry Gin (smoothly spirited), Jinn Dry Gin's clean, crisp, contemporary taste is the result of a unique 7 stage evaporative refining technique and is subtly infused with a light hint or orange peel and exotic spice. According to tradition, a Jinn or genie is a demonic spirit that sits on your shoulder in the middle of the night and whispers mischief.

Tequila Blu (seductively smooth), Tequila Blu is an exceptionally smooth, premium quality tequila from Mexico. It's distilled 100% from the heats of the Blue Agave plant. "Reposado" means rested and Tequila Blu is gently aged in charred oak barrels fro up to 6 months, where it acquires its distinctively rich, smooth and smoky taste.
